It's a nice rainy day here as I headed out in my new Brooks Cascadias.  This was a 7 mile trail/road mix run with a flat start and finish, and a big hill in the middle.  One of my favorites!  The shoes were awesome and the run felt great.  I like running in the rain.  It feels refreshing.
