The heat and humidity kicked in today.  Haven't had a lot of days like this so far, so was really up to it.  I ran Decker's Creek 1/2 marathon, Morgantown, WV today in 1:32.  A bit slower than I wanted, but happy with the result considering the conditions.

This was a well supported race with tons of good food afterwards!  I'm most assuredly running this again next year!
