"Beep, Beep!"

got it... Two forums, same name!

Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!

Holy hell.  I awoke to a 176 reading on the scale this morning.  I think my life of leisure needs to be curtailed.

Or maybe you could just cut back on the pecan pie.

Well, apple crisp is what's next so maybe that will help.

if your body is acclimated to current lifestyle it is called a plateau. if change is desired, the body must undergo a drastic change. there are choices.

              -up your output majorly

-stop eating and go on liquid diet

-do something different (move different/use different body parts) at an intense level

              -do all three

-get real fat and start all over

this is the pitfall of living an active life. it is something that must be maintained, monitored and evolved accordingly. have a nice day.

i don't know why i put this here...it's meant for the whole FFC.

hey...i have a project for you...go run bob's run for gym course or whatever course w/ garmin on left hand...then go run it with it on right. i must know if that makes a difference in ur mileage totals. because if it doesn't, then i don't know wtf...cause ur last garmin was off also from the frog and pig 1 (i don't know about the other pig). so it has to be pig 3. but if it's frog then i have to do something about that...like always jump a half mile longer than for every 10 miles hopped.

I'll do this on "around lake".  I do it all the time so that's easy.

I know on Sunday Doug's included some pre-run walking around, as I recall. Not sure about Mike, maybe he jogged over from home.
