      Thanks Rob!

Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!

Thanks Robin. I like the alliteration on the CN home page.

here are other sources for snowshoe races you may not know of. keep in mind tdave that snowshoeing (running) causes you to high step and may aggravate hips that may already be barking. boston is the priority here. i know you're not an idiot.

Thanks for the update... We will hit it next week... Trying not to get too warm while running down here!

It appears that TD has just posted his highest monthly mileage total in the past 3 years, maybe ever? Nice work, sir, nice work, especially considering there was some vacation time thrown in there too.

How are you feeling with this plan with the higher mileage, TD? I for one am fascinated to see how it all plays out.

It appears that SailorRunner has just posted his lowest monthly mileage total in the past many years, maybe ever? Nice work, sir, nice work, especially considering there was some serious slacking time, knee injury, work time thrown in there too.

Guess it is time to get off the fence and face the fact I need to get back into this if I want to run anything this year.

Ha. More like the speed of running on the boardwalk in South Africa and not wanting to get mugged for my gps watch.....

Congrats Caroline, you should wear that gown everywhere. Very cool.
