Man, not big on this kinda thing, but I've had some issues with some brooks glycerin shoes having the inserts bunching up and overheating, so I contacted them - in a matter of 3 days they are replacing both pairs - super impressed. For those of you looking for a new shoe buy - can't go wrong with a company like that! I owed them a shout out for sure!
