Don't know if this will format. My first stab at groupings and paces. Today I'll send people out in groups and see how they stick.
No that won't work.
These guys are looking good. Except for the kids who fake injuries like they're in the premier league because their parents make them go to running club. I wish I could be more help with the pacers to the kids. Sadly, I don't know about 6 of the pacers.
Patrick P better run a 24:22 at least.
A list of my PRs in a misguided attempt to impress people that do not care.
He needs Obi Wan Kenobi to get his ass in gear but Old Ben will be running 100 miles that day.
His is the saddest case of them all. Fake injuries every week of training. It's really quite astounding.
Now, what's funny is I could still see him pulling that time out of his rear end.
Just looking at this, Lance. Looks like you have me with the first two listed. I'd like to do a training run with you guys some time before the race. When's a good time?
Older, slower, and trying to keep up with Tall Dave.
Could you be there either tomorrow at 3:15 or next Tuesday at 3:15? I'll have to see what other people may be there also. Specifically, Steve, do you plan on being there both of those days?
I'll be there Tuesday for sure but Thursdays are always tough.
Thinking it might be cool to split the group, maybe on Tuesday if you will be there. Greg and I can take the list maybe down to Colin and Tanner on the course itself. That would leave you Steve to coach the rest for 30 minutes or so. This may be a bad idea, I'm still thinking it through.

In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.

Lance, I did something to my right knee on Thursday (had to stop after 4.1 on the treadmill) and then on Friday I had to stop after 2.8 and walk back from Rushton Street. So there's no way I can run this weekend. I'll be lucky if I finish NYC.
oh wtf lawrunnah?!
