The timing probably sucks for most but I might be dump looping easy tonight starting between 510p - 5:15p.
Can't let today's freakishly warm temps pass by. Gonna get out around 2 or 3 and run around in short pants. Company welcome.

Thought I would extend an invite - anyone interested in a friendly group effort tomorrow at 9am - there is a small contingent leaving from the Y for a little run (anywhere from 12-18 - looping 12 and then a 6 mile pace effort).... all welcome
