A list of my PRs in a misguided attempt to impress people that do not care.
I believe I will be doing my longish (whatever that is) run on Sat and will be either easy or nada on Sunday. So, if anyone wants to join me at 9:00 on Saturday, let me know. I can change the time if needed, preferably earlier rather than later.
I will try to join you guys Sat at 9 at the Y.
CORRECTION: Not sure I can make it. See you Tuesday if I don't show up at 9.
Older, slower, and trying to keep up with Tall Dave.
Due to life, I'm not 100% committed to running tomorrow, so I'm not organizing one. I MAY be able to join if someone else does, so post here.
With winter coming there is probably not a lot of trail running time left.
Here is what I'm thinking for tomorrow. An 8 mile trail loop around here. I'll have water at the beginning an end. I can't promise you/we won't get lost, wet, or attacked by coyotes. I can promise you won't get left behind and nobody will carry Steve for 2 miles. Let me know if you are interested and I'll plan a start time. Pam is working this weekend so I'll need to be done by 11am.
If anyone would rather run from the Y, on the RR trail, Eastern trail or anywhere else let me know. I would be open to that too depending on the time.
I will pass on trail running due to ankle issues. If anyone wants to run non Doug pace I would be open to that around 9 on Sunday
I needed to run alone today in order to recover from the Nut Cracker incident from yesterday. Not getting a piggy back at the end really sucked though.
Michelle and I will be running from the y at 9ish 8-10 miles
I find group runs on the treadmill a little too cramped, no matter what the pace or the incline.
What was I chasing again?
Nobody likes a smartypants! This is so you don't have to run fast on the treadmill to get the same benefit. When I try to run 6 min or faster it feels dangerous and I might be the loser that falls and hits the back wall. Deal with it bitches. I have never eaten at moe's, I grew up in massachusetts and we know what a REAL ITALIAN is.

Nobody likes a show off who can run sub 6 min miles. Though truth be told, I rather be a show off as well as a smarty pants. Now doing sub 6 min miles on a group treadmill run would truly be impressive.
