I figured you were going to tell me I spelled Zinger wrong.  I mean Zinga, which probably should have been Zingah or ZingAH.

      What was I chasing again?

Cool.  Seattle seems like it would be a great place to run.

If it makes you feel any better, your shoes have gotten a couple of nice runs in this week.

I am not sure either but if you check out my map in the next few days you might figure it out.

I have had a tough few days, not running probably helped make it worse.  Some of it was work, some of it the weather which prevented run, some of it my own lack of a desire to run.  Tomorrow the weather clears, tomorrow my work schedule will allow, all I have to do is not look at the 4 days off and just start a new and move on.

Michael, I'd suggest a different view of rest.  I think it helps if it is well timed.  Looking at your log, you had a 60-mile week immediately following two weeks of 30-40 miles.  That's a big increase week over week.

Older, slower, and trying to keep up with Tall Dave.

True, sometimes life or fate just lines up right, maybe this rest period was just pure luck at the right time. Either way, it is done and time to move on. Can't sweat the small stuff.
