Interesting. Some good points in there. I was almost yelling at them a few times, though, to just get off their asses and GO. Wayyy too much time sitting.
It’s funny you say that as that was the sentiment from the ultrarunnerposcast interviewers.
Keep moving you should only be on your ass if you’re fixing your feet. So I’ve been told.
The scene where they were sitting on a log eating chips, especially. You can do that walking.
