I figured you would run the warm up from the Indigenous Land to St Thomas, run the 5k, and then run home to get your PFM. So this fits with your schedule. Plus they'll have NA cronuts for the pacers after the race.

Another great day today for many reasons. Rob won the race with Greg2 coming in 2nd, and my boy placing 4th after a late night in Boston at the Red Sox game and running a nice PR of 21:14. Audrey Cote lived up to the hype and put those 5th grade boys in their place. It was particularly awesome to have Crosby pushing her along and coaching her up. Not only did I get to run with my daughter who ran a huge PR @ 33:21but I had the chance to see some of our CN pacers in action. In particular it was fun to watch Doug and Fro in action for most of the race. Mikey with the 2nd graders was hilarious. Then Doug helped run some of the kids in with me which was awesome. As always thanks to everyone that showed up to pace and support this race – L Train, Doug, Fro, Dick, Cremer, Alicia, Greg2 (for offering to pace), and Bob for always being here to support the race. It’s hard to believe that L Train started this thing 6 years ago with the hopes of getting 10 kids to sign up for the Running Club but he had 40 kids the first year and the school has never looked backed. Great job everyone. I love having this group here.

The boys took me to school today - they taught me to always have fun and be willing to stop and take a piss every once and awhile. Classic.
