Ok this would explain her walking on by me at the Y as I said Hi and she just looked at me with disgust and said nothing and keep on truckin.
Note to self : everyone in Ca. smiles and says hi back!!!
Maybe we should create a thread that we can comment on Cuch's workouts and say anything we feel like about her performance. There are ways around this whole "No Comments" thing Cuch.
Weird for you to be tired after your 1:45AM bike ride after running 13+ miles and then 6 or 7 more or whatever.
we as extremists, make this a part of our training plans. it's like at least a once every 3 week thing to varying degrees, sometimes more. we do it on purpose. we do it so we can get familiar with the dark place...recognize it...call it out and take it head on...and make it our friend. we even give it a name. we do it so we don't give up cause we as ultra/ultra iron people will always have our friend along for the ride. better to hold hands and finish together than shut down and walk away a loser of what if.
In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.

It's cuchpigtank time. Go do that, we'll be watching. Good luck, etc. etc.
A list of my PRs in a misguided attempt to impress people that do not care.
Good luck Cuch!
Good luck cuch.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!
She's through the bike, about 6 minutes into the run...
GO CUCH!!!
So a 6:26 marathon would be a PR if I have that right.
And a 4:15 marathon, if possible, would break 13 hours. Maybe she thinks that's ridiculous to even think about, maybe it is because I've never done anything like it. But heck a 5:26 marathon would be a 1 hour PR. I'm rooting for a 5:15 marathon and break 14.
Heh yeah I went back to the old thread(s) and started trying to do math but it made my head hurt so I stopped.
Well she has her PR listed I think but knock yourself out.
If I remember right breaking 14 was sort of an original thought but now I'm searching for that too.
OK it was < 13. I know the run could go very wrong still but it sure seems like she could have a massive PR no matter what.
Imagine if that rain that came through here today was there while they were on the bike.
