I am thinking of trying to get up to Gilford to bike the course on the weekend of July 23/24 and maybe again August 6/7. I figure leave early am one morning, be on the bike by say 0800 and then back in Sanford by that afternoon. Are you and Shell interested? Any days better then others? Let me know.

Also, I was going to turn the 1.0 mile open water swim in kennebunk into an Olympic tri for training, finisht he swima nd bike to sanford and then run, if you both are interested you can jump in on that as well.

 i'm gonna do the swim but not sure i can do the whole olympic trial thing yet...*sigh*

 The Half is going being fun if your not sure about an olympic at this point. 

 i just meant i might not be able to devote yet another whole day away yet. i wanted to ask c first is all. haha.

 Ok, insert stupid "L" look on my forhead. I mis-read that one.  You are always welcome if you want to play. I have a route picked out to get back to Sanford. Only thing I might say is I plan on hitting it hard as best I can without actually racing so we might all get seperated but all are welcome back at the pad for post drinks and food if we want to try to get the 3 of us together. Just let me know so i can plan with Allycia.    

Cuch if you are going only 16-17 MPH on the bike I don't think that's gonna cut it.  You probably want to try to get that to 19 if you can.

 19 is my goal for the 26 miles. I got 20.1 for the 17.5 mile race on rolling hills and think this ride will be pretty similair except for 1 or 2 hills which i can power up quick enough to not through off the average.
