"Beep, Beep!"

    100 days until Boston 2012!

Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!

looks like we ah gonna have anothah great week of perfect runnin conditions...last time i saw. take advantage while u can folks.

In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.

hey check out that home page.

As a non-biased observer, maybe I should post readiness updates of my observations as you guys go, and then of course my predictions for finishing times.  That could be entertaining.

For instance, TD seems to be training pretty well right now for being 100 days away, and Cremer needs like a 34 mile run today after work in the dark to make his weekly mileage goal.

i'd enjoy this and it would make me come in here more often.

i should have looked at that first.

That was disappointing -- I expected more.

              That was disgusting.

Salty, you've got some miles going this week.

and where the hell is Rob?

Whether you have Dick Beardsley hot on your heals, or even motorcycles in your way, Alberto Salazar shows all of us that if you want to succeed, you will have to give it all you've got!

Odd coincidence was I was listening to Dan Ray on the way home tonight, who is the announcer in that race.

                        What was I chasing again?

i can't find my info...will somebody help me?
