Thanks Tom.  If rcuch and Greg were either at full strength I think they would have easily beaten me.  It was fun though.

            My salty dogs

Seeing the times that close sets up an awesome race at Bay State.

I'm really impressed with the progress and dedication put it by all three of you.

              Inspiring!

Haven't seen the official results, but word on the street is that Michael and Tall Dave kicked some serious butt at the Komen 5k in Portland today. Nice work men. If anybody else kicked serious butt, sorry, I haven't heard about it yet.

At least you'll have to work to beat it.

I get a big red "X" there, but not sure I want to see it.

MTA: I see it now.  Heh.

                            that's a shame.

mta - the other pic was much bettah, oh well.

Hmmm. That'd take a PR improvement of at least 7:20 for me to beat that. A PR of mine set this year, no less. Yeah, no problem.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!
