In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.

You might have a twin. Some guy passed by my house today who looked a lot like you, but he was running and he was wearing a shirt.
A list of my PRs in a misguided attempt to impress people that do not care.
That's how you know it could not have been me. If it was me, it certainly was a clever disguise if it was me.

Why are you having a party! These are my current favorites:
Yuengling (I have to get it in MA, I don't think they made it to Maine yet.)
Bass
Stella
Heck, I'll drink regular Coors or Bud. I have given up the cinnamon powdered donuts, but not drinking.
Boston 2016 Progress Report - Monday 10/26/2015
Ran 50 Miles last week with only 1 off day. Didn't limp around the house like a cripple this morning either.
I am more optimistic about making the starting line. Right calf muscles relaxing more and more making running feel more natural. Still need to keep the strides short and focus on form. Also need to keep up with the PT stuff. Still have another solid month to build the base for training.

that's not me.
it's getting near the years end...just getting my shit together. i owe you (and others) derby prizes.
OK, Rob. We need some preseason odds on all those running Spring marathons next year. You can put me in the mix too, although I haven't signed up for anything yet- I am just trying to make my way out of the FFC.
Hmmm - this ought to be interesting. Is Rob the group bookie? Oh man of many talents....
