What special fall runs and races do you have lined up?

Not sure...may just enjoy smelling the roses.  Had planned to do white rock 1/2 in Dec, but run/walk/dog 3-4 milers are all I'm up for until it cools off here. Once it gets cooler, I'll decide if I want to make a push for Cowtown 1/2 in Feb.  They have me hooked on a series of five  finishers medals...got the first two, now it sorta feels like I gotta get the rest.

Joe, good luck in your tri.  Is it an OLY or a 1/2 iron?
