    Current PR that is an actual race time is 20:24 from the Tybee GA 5k on Febuary 2nd. Finished 16th overall. http://www.queencitytiming.com/2008_results/tybee_marathon_5k.htm This past weekend I ran about the same time but the course was long (as mentioned in earlier post). I race again on March 7th. Scott

      Well.......that happened

        PR is 20:?? back in college. Since i started running again 3 months ago, after 8 years off, I went 22:09 last month. My goal, although perhaps crazy, is < 20:00 by the time i turn 31 in october. 20:00="" by="" the="" time="" i="" turn="" 31="" in=""></ 20:00 by the time i turn 31 in october.>
