For more information about the types of training referenced, see here. These values are derived from Daniels' Running Formula, 2nd edition. Note that the new E/L paces are slightly slower than recommended in previous editions.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
But... it sure feels like jogging at a 10:00+ pace is not really going to do much for my fitness.
