Improving Your 5K


Looking for some advice from the speedy guys (Read 562 times)


    Anyone on this site trying to run 5K's sub 16 or even sub 15?  I realize most people on here are probably more into marathons or weight loss not as much training to win races, but I have some questions for the fast guys if there are any.
      there's probably a half dozen or so people on this site that I know have run sub 16 recently.  But I don't think they would be in here.  you could try the 2,000 mile group and find several of them there.

      In an infinite universe, the one thing sentient life cannot afford to have is a sense of proportion





        I was sub-15 years ago. After getting my kids to grow up, I'm back on the warpath again. I'm a far cry from my PR of 14:40, but I'm working my way back.
