HI, after a long hiatus, I am trying to transfer files from Sep 2011 to Sep 2012 from my forerunner 405 to RA. I have the activities transferred into garmin connect (http://connect.garmin.com/activities). When I tried to upload via GPS, only Sep 2012 and Oct 2012 (any new activities) are being detected and am able to save into the RA calendar. It seems like I am unable to transfer the older files (all of the activities are current in my Garmin 405 and undeleted). Any help is appreciated.

There should be an option when you import the workouts to upload all workouts not just the new ones. I think by default it's set to just new workouts. This will probably duplicate the more recent workouts but you can delete them and save only the ones you want.
