What does everyone do with their old running shoes?
What is everyone's favorite brand?
My favorite shoes have been from Saucony and Mizuno. I have been wanting to try some NB's especially since they revamped everything.
I donate my old shoes to a box at my local running store but i try to keep one old pair around for gym, yard work and for basketball/biking/whatever exercise that is not running.
I give them to my little brother, and Saucony
