Track 2013 and 2013 goals. (Read 166 times)

    What is everyone going for in 2013 (for track and longer term)?

    The 800m Runner


      800m goals: sub 2:06 for indoor, sub 2:02 for outdoor, and sub 2:00 for summer track.

      400m goal: Goal A sub 52.5.  Goal B sub 52

      1600m goal if I run it: Sub 4:50

      200m goal if I run it: Break my pr of 24.3

      Prs:    200m     400m      800m       1600m      5000m

      9th         ?             6x           2:3x           6:xx             ?

      10th      24.3x     55.5x      2:11.2x       ?                 ?

      11th        ?              ?               ?             ?            18:55

        I ran today. I guess that's a start

          I haven't ever run track before but I would like to go 2:20 in the 800 and 5:00 in the mile. These are not major goals though because I have no idea what I am capable of. I will firm up my goals after our 800m predictor workout and a mile time trial coming up.

              300mH: 42.x

              HJ: 5'8

              Shuttle Relay: 63.x

               

              My other goals are to make it to Arcadia and MT.Sac Relays in the 110m hurdles  and the Shuttle Relay, and go to CIF-SS Finals in the 110m hurdles.

                  Hey guys! I'm new to this (map my run convert) and it looks like a great training tool and forums too.

                  My goals for Soph. track this year are 1600, 4:50   3200, sub 10:00 and a .57 400

                    What is a shuttle?

                     

                    The shuttle hurdle relay, two lanes per team. Its basically a back and forth relay without a baton and with hurdles.
