This weekend is the savannah bridge run. I have three options, 5k, 10k, or double pump. I haven't run more than 5 miles in the last 3 weeks. I just came off of 3k training. Which one should I run?
Goals- Sub-5 mile; sub-11 3200; sub-2:20 800
This shouldn't really be a question but run the 5k if you are trying to race it.

Whats a doubble pump? But yes the 5k is the smartest choice for your safety and wellbeing!
800m: 2:55 1500m: 6:08 1600m: 6:00 3200m: 13:36 3 mile: 20:43 5000m: 21:22
I'd say 5k is the best choice, but you could probably do the 10k if you really want to. I wouldn't do the double pump if I were you though.
