I am going to run my first season of track this spring and I was wondering what would be the best shoe to buy. I am 5"5" 98 pounds, I will probably run the 1600 and 3200 maybe the 800. I have been running for a little more than a year now. My 3 mile P.R. is 17:06 and mile is 5:12 (during a 3k). I like shoes that are light and I don't recquire a lot of cushioning.
Goals- Sub-5 mile; sub-11 3200; sub-2:20 800

Check out the Mamba as well. It is a very underrated spike but as solid as any other.
I like the saucony endorphin md3s way more than the victories personally. They are also cheaper.
