New monthly milage record 292km Big grin

Ran a very easy light paced, relaxed 20km yesterday in 1:39 and had plenty of fuel to burn at the finish

    Happy

Planning to enter a 21km xterra offroad half marathon in 2 weeks to work on strength and give a real brutal workout.  I know it took a very fast guy at my kids running club over 1:50 to do it last year so will be well over 2 hours for me but it is all training

That's a bunch of miles vino, nice work!

I ran a brutally warm, stodgiliy paced, not at all relaxed 20km today in 83F temperatures in a time that shall not be mentioned here save to say that it was the wrong side of 2 hours. I had nothing left at the finish. Blush

Still, it took me over 3000 miles since I started running (3.5 years ago) and got my July total to a respectable (given relocation) 88 miles.

      Happy-ish

On to August... See y'all on the flipside. Smile

      2017 Goals
      1) Run more than 231 miles
      2) Be ready for  HM in the spring
