an amazing likeness
Heading into the last weekend of May; nearing the end of spring and before the heat of the summer -- means we're at one the annual sweet spots for running solid races. Winter's base miles are baked into the legs, hopefully spring has brought some sharpening, and nearly everyone has a few races under their belts to sharpen their mental game.
Good luck to this weekend's racers!
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
Checking in after completing my half marathon on Sunday 5/26. Everything went well and I set a PR with a time of 1:53:33.
Ron's PRs 5K 24:14 (12/07/2013); Half Marathon 1:53:33 (5/26/2013)
Rondog, congrats on the PR!
