Mississauga Half Marathon - May 11, 2008 (Read 209 times)

Hey Gang, Raced my second ever half today in Mississauga, ON, Canada. Had a good run, set a PR of 3 minutes 12 seconds. I'm pretty pleased with that. Didn't execute on my planned race strategy and went out too fast and I think that cost me a few seconds in the end. All in all it was a great day to race. Nice course. Jason

Great job, Jason! That's a good PR. Do you have another HM planned anytime soon?
Thanks... I'm pleased with myself. Next half that I'm thinking about is on Labor Day weekend. JR

A PR is good anyway you cut it. Great job.

Well done, Jason! Good to see the hard work gives results, there are certainly no shortcuts in this game! Have you posted a full report? Simon.
