OK, I'm not killing myself as bad as D is. I'm getting in about 15 or less a week. But that will change next week. Last time I ran a HM I did it in 2:13. And I didn't do things much differently then. I'd like to get sub 2, but some of us aren't built for running like some are.
I do not see many interval runs in your training log… Have you thought about running more intervals (or Fartleks/Tempo)?
