I continue my streak sans Garmin as I have been driven indoors by the dark
You have the most regular log I've ever seen.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
What's up everybody? I didn't take the time to read all the posts I missed, but figured I'd check in. I'm all healed up from my injury and now suffering from the case of being lazy. I took some time off while I was injured and I'm just trying to get back into the groove now, but I feel like I'm on HORRIBLE shape. I have a nce little routine going that I have been sticking with for a couple of weeks, and I'm just now starting to get back out on the road a little bit.
No streaking for now, but I plan on getting back there...hopfully soon.
