One day at a time
Just ran my 200th straight day, on a treadmill in a a Philadelphia hotel. 😎
Had another challenging weekend, since we were up at our cabin. Our "driveway" is a half-mile gravel road up a steep hill, driveable only with four-wheel drive. At the bottom of our hill are rough logging roads. But my husband said, "We can do it!" We ran down the hill very slowly and then down the logging road. It took us almost 19 minutes to run 1.1 mile, but we did it! And I never walked, believe it or not.
