Beware, batbear...
Had to travel for work today, was gone all day, then had a show tonight. My first improv show! Didn't get the run in until 10:45 tonight. Only a mile and a half, but done....considered not streaking for a minute, but made it.
2014 Goal -- Run 5X per week, pain-free (relatively) by end of summer.
Nice job - way to persevere when it would have been much easier to just scrap it.

I suppose the crew is likely to frown on running up and down the aisles for the entire voyage. (Although what a garmin track one could record.)
I must admit, I don't think I'd find that annoying, I'm likely to give them a high five for taking their running so seriously
I remembered this post on Friday when I had the thought 'I don't want to run, what is the point of running every day', and I dragged my butt out there. I was ok after a few minutes of running.
