Tried to start a streak on Jan. 1st.  I was in pain yesterday running, today I can barely walk up the stairs due to pain in my knee.  I know what the problem is (patella femoral syndrome) but it still sucks seeing as lately the pain hasn't been there.  Now sitting here icing and watching hockey, wishing I could be either running or playing myself....
