            Thanks guys!  I actually joined the game shortly after finishing C25K, and I was worried that I would be a liability for the team since I was only running like 6 miles a week. Smile

                      I sprained my ankle last week. Feeling better this week and am doing a 5k this Saturday.

                        Sorry to hear about the ankle, Dan.  I am still running - at least for the time being.  Half-marathon coming up in 3-1/2 weeks or so, for which I have low expectations.

                          Congratulations on #1 4midbles!!!

                          I'm still running, tapering now for a little race you might have heard of.....Boston Marathon in 12 days! I might be a little bit excited (it's my first Boston) and a little bit annoying about it.
