I have a non-running related injury right now. I seemed to strain my muscle on the plane flight from Beijing to Seattle. I ran 10 miles this week and then had to shut down. Right now the pain has subsided but the calf muscle is still very tight. I am being very conservative and allow my calf to heal before I start again.

We've got several members on the Injured Reserve list - some of whom have been on for a very long time. I suspect some of them have forgotten they're even in the game, or on Team 4midable.
Here's the rundown:
andee1296: she has only been on IR for a few weeks, and is okay. The rest of our runners on IR have all been on the list for a long time (like more than a year, I think). I am going to try and message them. If any of you know any of these runners, feel free to ask them what is up, and let me know what you hear.
crazyrunninglady checked in, to let me know she will be retiring from the game. Lara will be missed.
I got a 4 mile run yesterday with no calf pain or tightness. It seems like the muscle strain is now healed.

j_satx, otprof and runningstubborn will soon be going from Injured Reserve to completely gone. I messaged them all about a week ago and have heard nothing back from them. I'll probably wait until Wednesday to drop them.
