Anyone run it yesterday? Anyone find it harder than expected? I thought hanging with the 4 hour pace group would pretty much be a breeze. It was until around 21 miles when the majority of them fell off the back. At first I thought it was just those really hoping but maybe not quit prepared for the 4 hour time, but at the end I felt pretty worn out too.

The hill immediately after the finish was almost comical. It might as well have been a 50 meter mountatin climb. While haning out after the run it seems that more people than usual were looking to be in really bad shape.

Maybe it was the slight 2 mile incline, maybe the 80% humidity. Maybe I'm just not in as good of shape as I thought.
