    Has anyone ever ran in the Capital City Classic 10 K in downtown Raleigh? If so, was it well organized and a good experience? I am thinking about doing it this year- May 9th. Thanks!

      I'll probably run that one myself. This will be my first time at this one. If its down town the course is probably pretty fast.
