Under 21 minutes is terrific- well done!

Earl Fee seems to have a pretty good range, from 100m to the mile, with 400 hurdles one of his strongest events. Certainly looks fit and strong in his photos.

Ran 6k at an awkward, in between pace yesterday, not fast enough to be tempo, too fast for easy.

    PBs since age 60:  5k- 24:36, 10k - 47:17. Half Marathon- 1:42:41.

                                        10 miles (unofficial) 1:16:44.

I just looked up Earl Fee in the Google Image search. He definitely looks like a force to be reckoned with! I'd like to look like that in 20 years!

I wonder how he stacks up against Ed Whitlock or if they've ever raced head-to-head.

Last report for me for the month- ran 10k yesterday morning before going to visit my son and hid GF in the city.

Cooler weather made it an enjoyable run, but it looks as though I am still short of 100 miles for the month. Perhaps cross training made up for some of the deficit- I hope so.
