Consistently Slow

    Registered for the Great Southern Endurance run 4/29/16. Kennesaw Mtn to Stone Mtn 100K. Let the training begin. Self supported. I could not pass up on a $64 race.Frugality can be expensive on the body. 18 hour cut-off. I am good with DFL. I did mange not to register for the 100 miler. Bear Blaster 50K+ last March" I declared nothing past 26.2". Held out about 6 months. I need new virtual friends.

    Run until the trail runs out.

     SCHEDULE 2016--

     The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff

      Good luck!  And I have to tell you, at first glance I thought the heading was "Bad Flatulence."
