I believe to be a useful team scorer the avg pace will have to remain > 10.25 km/hr ~ 246000 meters = 152.89 miles

Three guys running ~150 miles apiece over 24 hours and the top three teams are spread across only 5km....

Congrats to our Gold Medal Women's Team and Bronze Medal Men's Team. Losing the Gold and Falling all the way to Bronze in the last hour is tough - But Mike Morton, Harvey Lewis and Joe Fejes had Gutsy performances to just get into the position they were in with 1 hour to go. The fast pace seemed to knock out Japan - Japan had won the Team Gold at every World Championsip prior to this year.
