Consistently Slow
9.2 miles HR 118 /138. Last 3 miles maff -6.
Mile 2.5 serious case of nausea. Eyes started watering. Did not stop running. HR 126. Lasted for about 20 meters. Twice more slight bout. Ran 5 miles total last week. 25 miles so this week. Is this an indication of not enough recovery form 2 - 50k's in November?
Dinner at 7pm. Baked fish,spinach and corn. 16 oz of water 30 minutes before run at 4:40 AM.
Run until the trail runs out.
