Y'all left me hanging on the intro thread, but it seems there were a lot of us from PA. Y'all doing local races next spring? It'd be cool to confirm that people here actually exist in real life.
Below are a few races withing an hour or so of me next spring. Any look good to you?

Even though I'm SE PA instead of Central, Naked Bavarian, Naked Prussian, and Sole Challenge are all on my radar.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

DW and I do the Sole Challenge every year (so far). We did the 48 hr version last year.
I ran Ironmaster's the first few years, and now helped mark the course. I run around Pine Grove Furnace often. Fun race.
Might do Naked Bavarian again in 2018. Last time was 2016.

Cool. I'm just restarting running after being down for 4 months. Don't know that I'll be ready for the Naked races, but I have them on my radar.
I did Ironmasters this year and ran the AT sections out there several times last winter. I hope to do it again next year.
I'm thinking I might do the Sole Challenge next year and try to get 50 miles in 12 hours. I'm usually out of the country at the end of May, but if I'm around it'd be great timing for me to try to get 50. Maybe I'll see you and George there.
If I go to Sole Challenge it will be to cheer and crew if you need one.
