What do the ultrasignup rank numbers mean?
I ask because Gina Slaby got a 97 for her Desert Solstice this weekend...
Does that mean they have a faster result? Or is it ranked across all genders?

97.7% is her overall rank from all race results in their records. It is just a straight average of her race time vs the winning time for the race (or distance, for fixed time events). She's won every race on Ultrasignup except 1, ironically, the 24 hour portion of Desert Solstice. There she was 68% of Courtney Dauwalter's distance. That lowered her average from 100% to 97.7%.
