I'm probably too old for a 100miler at age 59. I'm not sure my body can take the training load I feel is necessary to get through it. Still I'm gonna try for the next six months. Unfortunately my running training is at a standstill as I got a calf injury after I slowly built mileage to 25mpw. Oh well I'll try running again this weekend. In the meanwhile keep my aerobic base by xtraining.
