Varner's races are tough, but expected. Cle Elum was my first 50k and it was like 3+ miles long.

I didn't get the pleasure of the tunnel at Cascade. Running down a ski run is not as much fun as skiing down one. I pretty much skied down it in my shoes and on my ass.

My 50k in Louisville 2 weeks ago had the same stats. And the Yakima race only has 4 hills.
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

Yakima also won't have McLovin for the first time in a number of years. Sounds like a fun double too. I've always wondered what was at the top of dem hills.
I was wondering what the total gain was of that race. Dayum.
