This was my peak week of training for my 50 miler coming up. My long run on Saturday started out in the low 40's and finished in the mid 50's. My fastest mile of the run was mile 31. Felt really strong the whole way, I think my legs are ready, just worried about the potential for heat and humidity at the race. Race day could be in the 80's with 80%+ humidity.
Still pretty pumped for this week of training though.
Now I just have to make sure my taper plans are on target.
