Man, I'm so jealous of people who are confident and experienced enough to run in costumes/weird stuff (like Dusty Olson and his jorts). I wish I had that kind of ease in my running.
Kaci Lickteig was at Kettle - her mom ran the 100mi and Kaci paced her. The more I learn about Kaci, the more I like her!
Slower but happier
Yeah I saw her, the guy running next to me said isnt that the “pixie runner “ and i said it sure looked like her. I didnt know 100% at that time. Can confirm she is mini.
Costumes: Just dont dress as a deer in the fall races up north. I thought maybe bigfoot or chewbacca would be my go to.
WC/Gats. It wasnt that guy but similar idea. Its a good reminder in a what can be a difficult situation not to take yourself too seriously and have some fun.
2020 goal: couch to 5K, currently working on the couch block
