      I am sure I would do better being coached - Just not in my personality


      I usually am just running how I feel.


      My biggest weaknesses are

      1)  Stride efficiency

      2)  Leg speed

      3)  Anything to do with posture or form


      I rarely ever feel like working on those issues


      Even when I am doing a speed workout - I pretty much do not decide the actual workout until 10 miles into the run ... Hmmm, what do I feel like today.


      Other times in an easy 8-10 mile run, I feel good, so I do 4 @ T


      Some weeks I just want to run a gazillion miles or some days 3x a day.


      What I really need is Chuck Norris to hang out with me and kick my ass every time I start eating too much or decide drinking beer is a good idea.
