8/29/19 - A Race for the Ages. Will be given 47 hours. Goal is 150.

3/17 - NYC Half

4/28 - Big Sur Marathon DNS

6/29 - Forbidden Forest 30 Hour

I have 3 ultras on the calendar for 2019:

5/4/19 Twilight Zone 24 Hour PressEnter
6/22/19 Vegan Power 50K PressEnter Sub-8:00

11/9/19 Tunnel Hill 50 Mile PressEnter Sub-12:00

No real goal for the 24 hour. I will probably pace for 90 miles, but I'll just be happy if I can keep going without a sleep break.

I think I saw that Ultra Signup gave me a target time or 9:24, and having never run a race beyond 50k, that sounds as good as anything.

There was a point in my life when I ran. Now, I just run.
