10 mile please!!! How do I attach my pic to a post by the way so I can do a proper entry?
There's a "insert image" button on the far right, next to the "bold" and "italic" buttons. You have to link the url of the image into your forum message. I don't know an easier way to explain it...

The URL is the 'address' where the picture is located on the web. For instance, the URL of the picture va123 posted was: http://www.themayantraveler.com/Web-Belize-Caracol.gif You put the URL of the picture you want to show between the two tags that are placed in your message when you click the formatting button with the picture of a picture on it. Hope this helps. bas (URL is for Uniform Resource Locator. I knew you wanted to know that! Smile )

I'm still relatively new to this site and am brand new to the forum but would very much like to enter a 5k race for the month of January. Is it too late to do so? The race itself isn't until January 20th. Chris http://www.travelbelize.org/grc/guide_img/ma/ma08b.gif

Hi, Chris. Nice picture! A race on Jan 20th could slip in to the Febuary Virtual race just fine. Looks like we'll be somewhere in Scotland next month, lol. I'm going to have to get my passport updated... Big grin So... First full weekend in Febuary will be the next Virtual race weekend. HOWEVER, since you've already payed your "fee," Wink why not submit one of those 5 miler times you did? Looks like you'd even place for sure since I've only got one 5 miler time right now... Janell

I'd be more than happy to submit one of those 5 milers for January's race results. Is it ok that they're run on the treadmill or are there certain requirements that the run should meet?

Well, the first requirement is that it's run in Belize... up those stairs. Wink Barring that, so long as the distance and time are accurate, it doesn't matter to me if you ran it on a cruise ship! Get it in there! Big grin http://www.geocities.com/yanelh/results_form.html
